Stephanie Allen began her career at Vintage Hotels in 2001, first joining the Catering Team at Pillar and Post. Stephanie clearly flourished when it came to wedding planning and soon transferred to Queen’s Landing in the role of Wedding Coordinator where she gained four years of experience creating spectacular weddings and events. In 2006 Stephanie was promoted to Wedding and Catering Sales Manager representing all three Niagara-on-the-Lake Vintage Hotels.

To say that Stephanie enjoys the wedding industry is an understatement. From the moment you meet her you will recognize her passion not only for weddings, but for the distinguished hotels she represents and the commitment to excellence on which Vintage Hotels prides itself.

Welcome Message from Stephanie

First things first… I must confess—I am a complete and hopeless romantic!  I am the person beside you with goosebumps as you see our Ballrooms for the first time. Nothing compares to seeing the wide grin on couples’ faces or the tears in their eyes as they envision their Special Day unfolding around them. I cannot hear enough about how you met or your engagement story and I definitely want to know what brought you to our hotels for the first time!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Weddings! I feel so honored to be the first person to meet you and I look forward to helping you choose the perfect location for your Amazing Day.

I believe that a wedding is so much more than just one day. It’s the hours you spend on the internet gathering information, the budgeting, it’s your first tour of the hotels and the fun and excitement of planning all of the wedding details (and YES it can be fun!).  The Wedding is made up of a whole bunch of “events”—the Bridal Shower, the Rehearsal Dinner, the Spa (or Golf course for the boys), the hair and makeup…. in total….the luxury and pampering that is part of hosting your wedding at Vintage Hotels.

I should mention at this point that I also have a passion for two areas of Vintage Hotels’ expertise.  One is the phenomenal cuisine that comes out of our kitchens.  I am a lover of food!  I cannot cook to save my life (my poor husband), but I think this qualifies me to be an excellent judge of “dining out”.

I love our Chefs’ approach to food… local, fresh, farm to table cuisine that is magnificently presented.  If you want to completely wow your guests with great food quality and presentation then you have certainly come to the right place.  My other official “addiction” is the Spa!  One visit to our Secret Garden Spa or 100 Fountain Spa and you’ll understand why they are consistently ranked the top spas in Canada.

As you can probably tell, I am very proud to represent Vintage Hotels.  I feel that we offer an incomparable product. Not only are the hotels, gardens and ballrooms beautiful, but the heart and soul of the company lies in the dedication of its employees.
